Training
We provide Comprehensive training in operation and maintenance of the machine. The training covers all mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic equipment including CNC/PLC controls of the machine. The aim is to develop understanding of machine, its control and peripheral equipment’s for satisfactory operation and necessary maintenance by the customers Engineers and Technicians.
- Study of the machine from construction point of view by studying various assembly drawings.
- Explanation of various interlocks and safety features along with fault findings.
- Explanation of operation & maintenance manual
- Study of important Bought out material like – special electric motors, imported bearings, CNC, voltage stabilizer, Hydraulic valves, PLC, VFD etc.
- Study of assembly techniques of all the sub-assemblies & maintenance work.
- Study of Hydraulic components, their fault findings and nature of probable failures.
- Training on CNC & PLC programs. Training on part programming of wheel profile.
- Information on usual problems faced by operators & maintenance staff, while operating the machine.
