HYT engineering company Pvt Ltd formerly known as HYT Engineering Corporation started its operation in 1977 with manufacturing drilling machines and lathes. Since then the company has grown into a technology driven organization which has manufactured over 1000 machines adopting international standards.
We are proud to say that 99% of the rolling stock in Indian Railways are turned on our Wheel Lathes. Till date we have supplied more than 500 Wheel Lathes and 450 other SPMs. Our machines are working in Railways since last 40 years and giving the more than satisfactory services to the customers.
HYT Engineering Company Pvt Ltd has an Ultra-Modern Facility of 16000 square metres for design, manufacturing and testing of machines. A team of 500 High skilled, semi-skilled manpower and 350 staff members including qualified engineers is devoted to fulfil all customer requirements. We are having a Service set up in PAN India with a dedicated team of 150 Service Engineers. HYT has developed and established agencies for maintaining our machines on the global platform as well.

SAFOP S.R.L, ITALY - A SUBSIDIARY
Formed from the construction of small machine tools since 1923, SAFOP S.R.L is located at Pordenone city, Italy. Being 95 years in the industry, SAFOP has sold over 1,400 machines globally. It is now a subsidiary of HYT by bidding successfully on 11th September 2019 by notary deed of transfer on 4th October 2019. SAFOP has a cadastral land with a fully integrated modern facility for development and manufacturing of machines with 29 size highly qualified team. SAFOP has widely spread in various sectors of the market covering Railway Sector, Energy, Steel, Oil, Paper, Shipyard, Aerospace, Heavy industries. SAFOP’s product line offers Wheel Lathes, Turning and Grinding Centres for Sphere of Ball Valves, Rotor Slotter Machines which are highly advanced, economical and meeting the international standard.
HYT INOVATIVE PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED (SISTER CONCERN)
HYT inovative started its operations in 2001 and manufactures precision tubes employing the innovative Flow forming technology. HYT innovative is a ISO 9001:2015 certified company and quality management system is well defined, implemented in order to have proper systems, transparency and clarity in working so as to achieve consistency in quality and continuous improvement in quality performance. It has a team of 50 employees including skilled workers and support staff. HYT Innovative has an Ultra-Modern Facility of 4500 square metres for manufacturing of precision tubes through flow forming technology.

Each and every machine we deliver is checked and tested according to rigorous quality standards to ensure that only the best product reaches the customers. Our products are compliant to latest quality and design standards and are well known for their performance and reliability.
Starting from inspection of raw material to inspection of the final product, different quality checks are applied at each stage during process of verification by our qualified engineers.
The Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) presents a framework for activities, which when followed, will ensure delivery of quality products and services. It is a critical part of any project, as it enables to agree to a set of quality targets. It explains Material control procedure, Acceptance norms, In-process control, Bought out Items Control, Final Inspection Norms, etc.
To help our customers we have established an elaborate after sales and service setup so that services are rendered to the customer on real time basis. A remote diagnostic and assistance facility has also been created has also been created.

HYT ENGINEERING CORPORATION was established in the year 1977 under the leadership of Mr. Bhojraj Teli. With a single mission to manufacture quality precision machines, Our road to success started with manufacturing of small drilling machines and evolved in manufacturing of specialized machine tools applicable across industries and throughout the globe.
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
HYT Engineering Company Private Limited recognizes its role towards giving back to the society by taking up CSR initiatives.
HYT has been able to make a difference in the lives of people, especially to the less fortunate. HYT has supported many social projects in the areas of Health-care, Community Development and Education. We, at HYT give importance to the fulfilment of the needs and requirements of the local areas in and around Maharashtra. The CSR activities are taken up as per the policy of the Company. HYT has been actively working to improve the standard of health and education while also playing its part in poverty alleviation activities.
Our recent activities include contribution to K.E.M. Hospital Society, Pune. HYT has also contributed to Lata Mangeshkar Medical Foundation and to Rotary Club of Nigdi, Pune Charitable Trust. We are also contributing to Yuvraj Teli Memorial Trust.
The Company has also made significant contribution to PM Cares Fund, Clean Ganga Fund and Swachh Bharat Kosh.
