At HYT, Quality Is Our Prime Priority

At our company, quality is paramount, and we ensure that every machine we deliver is subjected to rigorous testing and verification to meet the highest standards. Our products are engineered to comply with the latest quality and design standards, renowned for their reliability and outstanding performance.

From the initial inspection of raw materials to the final product check, multiple quality inspections are carried out at each stage of the process by our highly qualified engineers. This thorough approach guarantees that only the best products reach our customers.

Our Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) serves as the foundation of our quality control process. It establishes a framework of activities to ensure that every product meets agreed quality targets. The QAP includes:
  • Material control procedures
  • Acceptance norms
  • In-process control
  • Bought-out items control
  • Final inspection norms
In addition to product quality, we are committed to providing exceptional customer support. We have established a comprehensive after-sales service setup, ensuring that assistance is available in real time. Additionally, we offer remote diagnostic and assistance facilities, enabling us to provide quick and effective support to our customers wherever they are.

Welding facilities

HYT’s State-of-the-Art Welding Facilities: Aiming for Excellence At HYT, we pride ourselves on our advanced welding facilities and quality systems, built to meet the rigorous standards of global welding certifications. Our systems adhere to international benchmarks such as ISO 3834, ASME, AWS, and Indian Standards, ensuring exceptional quality in every project.

Our expertise spans various welding processes, including GMAW, SMAW, and GTAW, with personnel certified under ASME SEC-IX and ISO 9606 standards. Additionally, our welding procedures comply with ASME Section IX, ISO 15609, and ISO 15614. We specialize in welding a wide range of materials such as carbon steels, high-strength steels, stainless steels, and alloy steels, with the capability to expand into more exotic materials.

To ensure seamless quality control, we have a dedicated Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) team, equipped with in-house NDT equipment. Our team, supported by IWE and ISO 9712 certified consultants, is self-sufficient for both internal assessments and third-party inspections. HYT is driven by a mission to become the most preferred supplier of indigenous railway wheel lathes. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our ISO 9001:2015 certification and CE-certified machines, enabling us to consistently deliver top-tier products to our clients.

FEM Analysis

In the Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis, machine elements are subjected to intended loads and boundary conditions according to assembly requirements. The analysis evaluates the stresses induced in these elements and calculates their deflection under load. If necessary, iterations are performed to ensure that both stress and deflection levels remain within acceptable limits, based on the selected material properties and the accuracy requirements of the machine.

This iterative process ensures that machine components, as well as the complete assembly, achieve the desired performance accuracy while maintaining structural integrity. As a result, the machine will deliver reliable, long-lasting performance without the risk of premature failure.
